At Fyorra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues with the product or would like to return/exchange it, please follow the guidelines below for a smooth experience.

📦 Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day hassle-free return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Customers must raise a return/exchange request using their registered email ID by contacting our support team at: fyorra.official@gmail.com
We provide reverse pickupfor returns/exchanges, but customers must pay a ₹150 reverse pickup charge.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our office and passes the quality check.
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed directly to the original payment method within 7 business days.
“For urgent refunds, customers can opt for instant refund with a ₹50 charge.
COD Orders: Customers must email the following bank or UPI details from their registered email ID to fyorra.official@gmail.com
Exchange products will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
In case of any refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.

🏦 Required Details for COD Refunds

For Bank Transfer:

Bank Name,
Account Holder Name,
Account Number,
IFSC Code.

For UPI Refund (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm):

UPI ID and Name on UPI.

🚫 Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Worn, damaged, washed, or used products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once a product is exchanged and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch from our warehouse.
