Your satisfaction is important to us at Fyorra. In case of any concern with your order, kindly go through the updated policy below for a smooth exchange.

 

✅ Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

We currently do not offer returns on any products.

Exchanges are allowed in case of size or fitting issues, damaged items, or for changing to another product from our store.

If the exchanged item is priced higher or lower, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly (payable or refundable).

To process any exchange request, an unboxing video along with clear product images is mandatory. Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.

Please note that exchange requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be considered.

 

🚚 Exchange Pickup & Charges

We offer a reverse pickup service for exchange requests.

A ₹200 reverse pickup fee will be charged. Alternatively, you may ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

If reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, the product must be sent to our warehouse address at your own cost.

All items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.
